Our work is conducted with customers at their location. We learn the site, design and price the sign with the customer, manufacture it, and coordinate delivery. Installation can be handled through our installer network or the customer’s preferred installer.

Design & price
Whenever the project allows, the team develops the concept and pricing with the customer so questions can be answered while decisions are being made.
Production planning
Artwork, materials, illumination, structure, power, permits, delivery, and installation responsibilities are confirmed before the sign moves into production.
Delivery & installation
Customers may use a preferred installer, work through the Suntronix installer network, or request broader coordination when it is included in the proposal.
On-site training & follow-up
Every digital sign order includes practical on-site training for the software, communication setup, and everyday scheduling. The team follows up after delivery to address questions within the agreed project scope.
Ongoing support
Maintenance and repair support is available for products Suntronix sells. Travel, parts, labor, and warranty coverage depend on the specific project terms.
